I, Marco Schachtner, a German citizen residing in Querétaro, with address in this city, mobile phone +52 4271465616 and email address mcgrin69@gmail.com, appear as the complainant to file a criminal complaint against Ursula Koos, who presents herself as the Honorary Consul of Germany in Puebla, using the email address rk1@auswaertiges-amt.de.
